In 2017, Idris Okuneye Olarenwaju, better known as Bobrisky, began his cross-dressing career after graduating from the University of Lagos with a degree in accounting.
Bobrisky faced financial struggles after school as her business wasn’t thriving. This financial challenge became so serious that she couldn’t complete the one-year National Youth Service.
To overcome this, Bobrisky chose cross-dressing as a way to promote and sell her products, such as body cream, body wash, knuckle cream, and women’s clothes. Bob mentioned that he did it to make money and didn’t plan on doing it long-term.
The strategy worked, and he soon became successful. According to Bobrisky, “Women claim to have more power than their counterparts but don’t know how to use it.”
By 2018, Bobrisky had made millions and bought a house in Chevron Estate, Lagos. This success led him to continue his cross-dressing career, as the money he earned was substantial.
To enhance his transformation, he took feminine hormone pills to change his body further. Bobrisky claimed that as a child, he already had some visible female features on his body. So the pills helped to bring them out more.
By 2019, Bobrisky was selling her products to clients from Germany, London, Nigeria, and other parts of the world, bringing in more income.
